मान्यता- किसी प्रक्रिया के द्वारा योग्यता, अधिकार या विश्वसनीयता का प्रमाण पत्र दिए जाने को मान्यता कहते हैं । जैसे परीक्षण प्रयोगशालाओं एवम प्रमाणन विशेषज्ञोँ को इस बात के लिए आधिकारिक बनाया जाता है कि वो मानकोँ के आधार पर प्रमाण पत्र दे सकते हैं ।
